  I have to go into emerg often and and I was treated quickly and treated well by the staff. only once or twice was it ever a long wait. I understand that the doctors need to rest as their shifts are long and so there are times the wait will be longer but Alexandra has always taken care of me quickly.

  My accident prone kid got hurt again! I usually avoid going to hospital but his ankle looked nasty. So at 10pm on Friday night we headed to hospital. Only one other person in waiting room. Let me say that our visit didn't start good. The triage nurse was a witch! Mean,rude and quickly passed it off as a twisted ankle. She then tried to administer children's Tylenol. I refused and gave him Advil. X-ray was quick and Kelly at registration was great! (Nice to see familiar faces). We didn't wait long at all and when we made it into a room we met the most amazing Dr. He was young and trendy and made my son laugh through the pain. They compared war wounds and he made fun of my sons smelly feet lol. He made us feel relaxed and comfortable. He even called for a second opinion. Huge respect for this guy. Dan fitted us for crutches and walked us to the door!! This is what a small town hospital can be like. Unfortunately it happens few and far between. Th Dr even joked about us making a good google review. I'm sorry Dr.S I can't spell your name but you rocked it!! Thank you!!!!!
